Training

Before you open for business, you and up to one assistant will receive excellent training in administrative and operational procedures, as well as in sales and marketing techniques.

Next, an experienced trainer from Kids ‘N’ Clay will provide on-site training immediately prior to and following the commencement of your operations.

Operational Support

Our ongoing training and support will include areas critical to the smooth management of your Kids ‘N’ Clay franchise. These include unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures. Plus, we provide overall coordination and planning of the Kids ‘N’ Clay philosophy and systems.
